Client Cancellation:

• 50% advance is non-refundable
• Cancellation within 7 days may incur vendor charges

Events Cookie Cancellation:

• Full refund of advance
• Alternate arrangements may be offered

Force Majeure:

• Advance is non-refundable
• Can be used as credit for future event within 6 months

Rescheduling:

• Allowed once, with 10+ days' notice
• Subject to availability and possible cost changes
